Correa Residence

This built 12,000 sqft single family residence located on the hillside takes advantage of the dramatic slopes and beautiful ocean views. This project was completed by a three person team, where my involvement consisted of managing and updating the permitting and construction sets. As well as managing the project through the permitting phase, construction document and construction administration phases.
